  1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • The product is accompanied by the original proof of purchase or receipt.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These items include, but are not limited to:

  • Gift cards or vouchers
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within the 30-day return period and provide them with the necessary details, including the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization number (RMA number) if applicable.
  • Package the product securely in its original packaging (if applicable) and include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number (if provided) on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the product back to the designated return address, using a traceable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
  1. Restocking Fee

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. The restocking fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item(s) being returned. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and preparing the product for resale.

  1. Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in this policy. If the product is approved for a refund, we will process the refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus the 20% restocking fee.
  • Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account, typically within 3-5 business days.
  1. Exchanges and Store Credit

If you wish to exchange the returned product for a different size, color, or alternative item, please contact our customer support team for further assistance. Alternatively, if you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please inform our team during the return process. The restocking fee will not be applicable in these cases.

  1. Exceptions

In certain cases, exceptions to this 30-Day Return Policy may be made, such as for defective or damaged items. Our customer support team will handle such cases on an individual basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
